Fa lala lala Friday!
I know I know, Christmas is over however, it always remains in my heart!
But seriously, Fa lala lala just feels happy. And when we get to experience another mild day before the BRRRRR is back, well it’s what I am feeling!
Even our first walk this morning was under a warmer moonlight that still lit up our path. And yes, a nice bowl of hot oatmeal with a mashed banana and a drizzle of honey …… Fa lala lala!
Eddie is in a deep sleep under the dining table all curled up in his onesie. I am so grateful and proud of him. He is healing from his surgery and has been such a sweet little boy.
Yesterday as he laid in his crate as I got my house cleaning done. And did I ever mention how downsizing is the best!
I use to go through, well a lot of wet swiffer in our old home. Come to think of it, I would go through a lot of everything.

As I sit in my prayer chair, soft jazz playing, sipping my 2nd cup of coffee and I look around and yep, Fa lala lala keeps circling in my mind!
Pray, wait and trust.
It’s the only way.
I have come to believe that no one else may understand my calling …… after all, it wasn’t a conference call. 😉
➕
My gratitude remains higher than my expectations. And of course I have learned so much about boundaries.
What you think – you become.
What you feel – you attract.
What you imagine – you create.
Oh, I believe!

There is no one immune to difficult things. And the older one has the privilege of getting, you know that they don’t stop coming. But with the grace of God, we learn to get through them and build on our perseverance. Oh yeah, sometimes I may have prayed; just how much more perseverance does one little lady need. Because, my tote bag is most definitely overflowing with it, but I will continue to fill it. Heck, I will pull out another bag and another, just as long as I get to witness more days and time on this heavenly earth!
So today, the sun will be late in her appearance but the temps will be mild. And you can bet as the cold returns, Eddie and I will still be out walking albeit probably for shorter walks and definitely enjoying the warm coziness once back inside! Oh yeah, perseverance will be on high alert over the next several days!
But today,
It’s Fa lala lala Friday!
Namasté.
