🇺🇸 Memorial Day, 2022

It’s Sunday and Memorial Day weekend.
Oh it’s so easy to forget what Memorial Day really is.
I know I have been at fault and yet this year I am compelled to ‘check’ myself. 
Of course most will get together with family and friends (nothing wrong with that), but it’s more than food and fun. 
It’s heartfelt. 
It’s not about politics or ‘she said/he said. 
It’s about remembrance, reflection and honor.
