Hi y’all.

Never underestimate the power of kindness.

Of course we are all going through situations and maybe even some unkind ones …… but don’t let the current situation cause you to react unkind to others.

If we all did even a ‘little bit’ of goodness toward each other every day ….. oh my, we would feel the flow of kindness  that would warm the soul of others and it would most certainly warm our own soul.

Of course sometimes it might just be a little easier to quickly judge others. Cynicism and bad experiences may cause us to look at whats wrong vs what is right.

My soul brings me warmth and comfort when I look at friends, family and even strangers with encouragement and love. Not with criticism.

So some of you might be thinking ….. well it’s a little hard to look at the person who just cut me off in traffic, or pushed their way in front of me in the grocery store yesterday.

Most of us have and will experience sadness and disappointment at different levels. Maybe some of us are still going through it now.

Do you ever feel as if you can’t count or depend on anyone …..

Do you ever say to yourself, why am I always being the bigger person…..

Do you feel that being kind is a weakness?

Kindness, Integrity and Leadership – now isn’t that how you want to be remembered!

Kindness – Doesn’t always mean doing something. It is so much more. It is an attitude, an expression, a look and yes sometimes a touch. Be kind without a reason. It’s in your heart and soul.

Integrity – Doesn’t mean perfection. Integrity is who you are in front of people as well as behind closed doors. Integrity can be costly and uncommon. Do you settle for status quo or do you create change? Integrity lives in our spirit and soul.

Leadership – Doesn’t mean you have a fancy title or position. Leadership is helping others fulfill their calling. Leaders develop others. They are the stewards of the world. No matter what your job is, you have influence. Are you using your influence to help others? Leadership lives in our heart and soul.

True kindness is in the love of giving without the expectation of anything in return. Don’t be afraid to show your kindness. Kindness lives in our heart and soul.
