This song was recorded in 1988 and released in 1989.

Most of the words in this song resonated with me back then and they still do!

You gotta stand up for yourself, always always.

This reminds me even more to remain mindful and at peace in the moment, even while working to bring and share love, joy and kindness with others.

It’s actually a necessity.

And it’s not easy, well at least for me.

Yep, like I have said before ……

My spiritual journey continues!

What does this mean to me?

I am the keeper of my mind. So what I put into it, does matter.

We are all different,

thank goodness ……

Is it possible to become more focused, patient and compassionate?

I believe so.

As the world continues on it’s path and sometimes a very dark one ……

I realize that it is my mind vs circumstances that will determine the quality of my life and how I contribute to others.

So,

no,

I am not living in a ‘bubble’.

In the midst of  life’s  journey,

I have love, joy and kindness in my soul

and

I want to share it with you.

Hop on, come take flight with us ……

We won’t back down.
