Frolic Friday, December 8.
When you wake up thinking it’s a day later than it is, yippee!
Some of you may not agree but I look at it as another day to get some things done, maybe enjoy a little rest in the afternoon or maybe just a day to frolic.
And no, there is no snow to frolic in, (thank goodness). But did you know, you can frolic anywhere. (At the beach, in the woods or right in our own back yards).
It’s all about being cheerful, merry and playful!
Now c’mon, don’t be an Ebenezer.
Hey we probably all have one in our family, ugh.
But not today.
It’s another windy but warm day here and nothing going to rain on my parade.
Although, our warm weather is probably due for a little change up next week, yay!
I have yet to wear my onesie out on the patio.
Oh but there are still plenty of days ahead for that.
I am not a fan of snow and ice, here in Texas. I would rather plan a trip to go see it and then again I would rather just watch it on TV.
I grew up in the Midwest. I’ve lived in California where the snow is super gorgeous. I have visited SLC and Denver in the winter months. Very pretty, but I prefer a much warmer climate for winter.
And by the way, we sometimes get some white winter weather here but usually in January & February. Still not a big fan of it.
At least being retired, allows me to stay inside and not get out on the highways. Oh, I remember.
And thats good enough for me!
So, I am not sure what all will be on our agenda for today, but there will definitely be some frolicking in our home.
It’s Frolic Friday, December 8.
Namasté.
