Live Life

Live Life!
The rain continued overnight and I thought Eddie would want to sleep in my bed but nope, he didn’t. He prefers his own little townhouse and that is okay with me. I heard the raindrops as I climb into bed but within minutes I was sound asleep.
And of course for our first walk, it was dark and rainy but we were back in after a few quick laps around and to the smell of fresh brewed coffee. Man, I hope that never gets old!
Today is a reminder to keep focus on my health and wellbeing.
Sounds easy but it’s easy to get off course.
And for me, it’s starting with some morning prayers and positive affirmations. Sipping my coffee and watching Eddie play with his toys after his breakfast.
It’s important to find what works for you. Because we are all unique and our needs are very different.
And I don’t expect for anyone else to figure out what works for me and even more importantly recognize triggers that don’t align with my goals and beliefs.
Positive affirmations some say are just words. True, and words mean so much.
Repeat after me; I am allowed to do what’s best for me.
I take responsibility for everything I have: I love reading and actually read the books I buy.
I do my best to keep the things I have in good shape, I fix them or replace if broken.
Because I believe if you don’t take care of the things you have, life’s energy (chi) will flow away.
And TBT, I don’t care what I may have accepted in the past, I am not accepting that ( *’€~ ) now.
My happiness starts with a wet nose and ends with a tail.
My love is unconditional, my trust and respect are not.
Yep, I am celebrating my life this year and I don’t care if anyone claps, I most definitely will clap, Very Loud.
Hey, some ppl love to live offended, so they can avoid accountability. Yeah, remain the victim their entire life to avoid maturity.
And the older I get, the less I feel the need to be included, understood or accepted.
That magic elixir …… oh we must all find our own.
I believe the frequency of our environment makes a difference. Living in an environment clear of clutter. Filling our home with positive words and actions has a profound impact on my mind, body and spirit.
Because when I look in the mirror, I don’t see my face …… I see my character.
I just don’t have the desire to fit in.
I know that every cell in my body is listening to my thoughts ……
God has said, I lack nothing …… use what He has given me.
I am not waiting on a specific day to celebrate a special occasion …… everyday is a special occasion.
Live Life!
Namasté.
