Hello y’all!

I have had some great career highs and some lows……who hasn’t, right.

I have learned so much from the people I have worked with and I will keep learning ……. never never stop!  I have learned so much about leadership …….the best ones are the ones who don’t tell……they show!

• Leaders don’t tell you what to do, they show you.
• Leaders embrace change.
• Leaders are kind.
• Leaders celebrate other people’s success.
• Leaders remain positive.
• Great leaders create more leaders.
• Leaders give credit.

I have been inspired by many ……………

• Be proud of the person you are .
• If you can’t stop thinking about it, don’t stop working at it.
• Think positively, exercise daily, worry less, dance more, love often, be happy.
• ‘Don’t let the behavior of others destroy your inner peace’ (Dalai Lama)
• Let go of what you cannot change.
• Do it with passion.
• Don’t be afraid of change.
• Don’t let your title define you.

So enjoy another cup of coffee and listen to your heart. Don’t ruin this new day with thoughts of a bad yesterday. Keep your heart soft, spread kindness and warm the souls around you.

Be strong enough to stand alone. Be strong enough to be kind. Be strong enough to sit at the table.
