We woke up to a rainy day and it looks like it will be a rainy weekend.

Oh, I love it when my weekend plans all come together! Especially when I get to share it with my favorite things; my books, some college football, cuddle time with Riley, a nap for sure and a couple of decorating projects …… oh my, it’s the best!

It’s chilly and oh so nice. Sweat pants, hair up, hot coffee …… what more can a girl want.

Oh, did I mention, I love Autumn …… teehee!

And I love rainy weekends.

It reminds me to take time and enjoy what a simple life brings. Sometimes when it’s raining, I do nothing but sit on the patio with Riley and listen to the rain. A cool autumn rain is the best. It’s a restoration of power that I feel in my bones and resonates in my heart.

It’s Friday and it’s Fabulous.

We get to make a quick trip to the airport to pick up two of my favorite nephews. A nice lunch is on the agenda and some time to catch up before my lazy, cool rainy weekend begins …… booyah!
