Fabulous Friday!
Oh, the dancing shoes are on again. Took a little longer this morning because sometimes there are a few aches and pain in this ol’ girl. But give me some fresh coffee, a bowl of yummy oatmeal and a little prayer time …… oh yes, my praise is getting louder!
Yep, got the side-eye (👁) from Riley but that doesn’t stop me from grabbing him for at least once dance. Is it me or is he getting smidge heavier. And I think my hands are shrinking, haha.
Seriously, I noticed the other day, my glass of wine seemed heavier and bigger, can’t remember if it was after my third glass or not, eeeek!
Today is bright and sunny and the forecast is calling for more of the same. Oh my, how God knows when to clear the clouds and make room for balance in our lives.
No matter what, I know the aches and pain of life are ‘real’ and He will remain on the path with me. Oh yeah, I have asked for the obstacles to be removed and then I realize there are reasons for all of them. Of course in the moment, I might be grrrrrring to myself and then I return to seeking His word and grace.
That’s when I get reminded to never doubt what is happening in the dark and remember what He has told me in the light.
