Friday Nite Love

This Friday has been so beautiful that it really is hard to put words to it!

From the chilly but sunny morning to the blue blue skies all day. So blessed to be in Texas. It is definitely a fantastic Fall day.

What path are you on?

Oh yeah, we get to choose. God has given us the free will to choose our own path and align it with his way and his will.

He wants us to make decisions. Does he have an opinion …… I believe so.

He wants us to be a light for him in every part of our lives. Home, work, everywhere. He wants to be on the path with us. I read scripture every day. It helps guide my path. I talk to God, all the time. By prayer, by reading my Bible, by attending Sunday services, sometimes just finding a quiet place alone to thank him.

I try not to make emotional decisions. Feelings are so unreliable. Yep, you heard me. Of course there will be times when decisions must be made quickly. The worst thing sometimes, is indecisiveness. Oh, I know that I will make wrong decisions from time to time.  Life is not perfect. But I know deep in my heart and soul that God will not abandon me because I made a bad decision.  But I also know that we all need guidance and when I need advice, I pray to God for guidance. He wants to hear from me/us!

I know that I may not hear God speak words yet I know he speaks to me. I know he is with me and is the light for my path.
