May the Moon Shine Bright Upon You Tonight!

 As the full moon is still bright above, I am so thankful for this wonderful Thanksgiving Day weekend. My blessings are never-ending.

Christmas is in the air …… okay okay, it was in the high 70’s today here in Texas …… oh but did we enjoy it! Christmas decor is all up and it feels so happy all around. We had to stop eating anything with turkey in it ……. HA …… and settled for a little salmon and vege’s tonight! Top it off with a little wine, sit back and enjoy. HOLLA!

Every day is a gift,

yep …… another start to life.

Night time is so special to me. A time to reflect, give thanks, relax and reconnect. Reconnect to the wonders of me. Oh yeah, special …… in the eyes of God.

 God has given me the spirit of Love, Kindness and Grace. As the night surrounds me, I thank Him for the fun times outside and the quiet times inside.

This year I started a new tradition ……

In the past, I waited until the day after Thanksgiving Day to decorate for Christmas. Well, it was time for a change. I know, I know ……

many people feel it’s wrong to have Christmas decor up before all the turkey leftovers are gone …… and I use to be one of those, but no more. Well at least for this year!

 Having a beautiful tree all decorated did not take away from our Thanksgiving Day feast and blessings. If anything, it added to the after dinner atmosphere and joy of the evening. And no, it was not the wine …… teehee!

Tonight is beautiful.
