Good morning y’all!

Remember the morning dance ……… well today is a good day for it! Kiss the one next to you ….. even if it has four legs and is a little furry ……. well I should say especially if it has 4 legs and is a little  furry ……… any who ………  get up, start the coffee and tell yourself that  ……. Today You Will Shine!!

Of course here in Texas, it is a bright sunny December day, so okay okay, it might be a little easier for me to get my shine on …….. but …… no matter where you are ……… make your own sunshine today, share it with those around you, your kids, your spouse, your neighbor, your co-workers.

Christmas is almost here y’all …… Get your HO HO HO on!

It comes and goes so fast ……. and sometimes just way to fast …… So keep your Christmas list handy and stay organized …… it will make the holidays less stressful!

Create special memories for you and your family ……

• Jump in the car, go look at Christmas lights in your pj’s
• Play Christmas music during dinner
• Take Christmas cookies to your neighbor
• Make hot cocoa with sprinkles and drink it outside
• Buy your boss a Christmas gift basket
• Make a snowman if you can
• Invite friends over for holiday cocktails
• Bundle up and take your 4-legged buddy for a night-time walk

December is a magical time ….. share your love and kindness every day.  Smile, Smile, Smile ….. it’s so easy!

Have you ever noticed that if you smile at people ….. it is usually hard for them not to smile back ……. well,  for most people…….

I have met a few that no matter how big my smile was, it just did not seem to faze them ……. of course,  that is when I may have a response like,  ‘Here take my smile …… you seem to have lost yours’  and walk away with a big big smile on my face …….. HA!  Yes, there’s that sass ……

Hey, never let the bitterness or negative thoughts of others steal your happiness. Just keep spreading kindness in all you do. You will feel the warmth deep in your soul.

Have you ever noticed how just one kind word can bring joy to another person. Be the kind of person that everyone wishes they could be. Do something nice for someone today. Then do something nice for someone tomorrow, then do something nice for someone everyday ……. see how easy it is …… see how it warms your soul!
