It’s a beautiful day for sure!

Yep, we woke up to a very chilly day, yet my heart is oh so warm!

Waking up next to my little fur baby helps, this I know!

My attitude, choices, and faith sets the tone each day, this I know.

Would I prefer to wake up to a bright warm sunshine morning with coffee on the patio …… ahhh, yeah

but,

those days are coming very soon, this I know.

It’s funny, I received some pics yesterday from a friend who lives in Minnesota, oh my …… and I was complaining about temps in the 40’s.

Oh Texas, I love you!

And spring will be here soon, this I know.

We go through life changes sometimes by choice and sometimes not ……

yet I know,

that I do not to have to live in a state of permanent bliss to love life.

I see signs of God’s love everyday. His angels watching over me, even in the most stressful times. Reminding me how much I matter to God, and that I always have him to rely on.

Oh, to be alive and getting older …… is such a blessing!

My mother’s strong faith runs through me. The love from her heart and the light from her soul keeps me grounded to this day.

Life is long …… I want to live it!

 Yep, it’s cold and cloudy outside ……

So, don’t waste another second,

step inside ……

The fire is glowing, the smell of pot roast is in the air, the music moves our soul and fills our home and heart with love.

And Riley might just sit on your lap for a while.
