Sleigh Bells Sunday, December 10th.
What’s that I hear …… oh yes the sounds of the season. The sounds of Christmas is filling our home.
You know that each morning before my feet hit the floor, I thank God for Life, Health, Riley, Home and the gift of another day! Yep, this is a daily practice every day, without fail.
It’s funny or maybe just a little magical but it seems that I just can’t start the day without checking in.

What a wonderful way to spring into the day. Hey even at my age, I still got a lot of spring in me. And then being Sunday, the music is playing in the background and a yummy breakfast is being made.
Of course a walk with Riley is planned in a couple hours. It’s quite chilly, yippee! The sun is bright and not a cloud above.
Is it a Riley sweater day …… maybe!
This morning, the vision of an inside fire came into my mind and well, one must explore visions. Not that I want the day to go by too fast but a Cowboys nite game with a fire, oh my. There will be spiked beverages, for sure!
Hey, there is a time for everything.
It’s an important game and a win would be a huge boost for us!

I just love starting the new day, looking at the new me! Yes, I (you) are new everyday. I’m not the same as I was last year or even yesterday. Because life and all that happens changes us. We must experience the world and yep the impacts of it in order to become a different and better version of ourselves.
That is the beauty of life. We get to change. Of course some changes we are dealt however, our choices in how we deal with them definitely provides comfort and defines our character no matter the difficulty some will be.
What’s that I hear?

Extra Extra – I am in love with this season!
It’s like there’s little sleigh bells ringing inside of me. (Oh yeah, that’s constant in my ears). Ha!
My heart leaps, yep I know that sounds so cliche but when you feel it – you feel it.
I will take this day, savior every second of it and give thanks to God for all that is.
