Oh sure……we can all look in the mirror (besides when you are doing the happy dance) and say to ourselves…..I need to lose a few pounds, or,  where did those wrinkles come from, or, omg, I’m getting old, or,  what color is my hair anyway, or,  is that hair on my chin, or,  I use to have a waist, oh yeah the list could go on and on and on……right………

Well…..let’s have a burning ceremony tonight……….yes, you heard me……..a burning ceremony!

Take all those negative thoughts…..all of them……write them on a piece of paper…..(fill the page on both sides if you have to) ……..now take that paper and walk outside. Okay,  light it and watch it burn. (Make sure it’s not windy…..don’t start a grass fire)…..you get the picture.

As the paper is burning….so are all the negative thoughts…

Your soul is cleaned, your soul is happy, your soul is warm (no and not by the fire)…..seriously………Make your own sunshine……….always always………..Be strong, always always……. Be confident, always always…….Be bold, always always……..Be fun, always always, Be yourself, always always!

Now go look in the mirror………..you are beautiful, caring, kind and sexy………yes sexy! Love yourself, it’s sexy…..warm your soul, it’s sexy……
