Sunday Sweet Spot!

Well it might be a little toasty outside, but that doesn’t mean my joyfulness (Ahem, is that a word),  well in other words  …… my joyful essence (better!) has been diminished by the temperature.
You know that feeling when no matter what is happening around you; you choose to remain in the ‘Sweet Spot’.
Of course things will happen that I don’t want to happen, but it’s more about knowing my own frequency or vibrations of my being. And I have most certainly realized that my higher vibrations are where I want to be!
It has become effortless, (it’s a daily practice for sure)
Now that is my Sunday Sweet Spot,
BOOM!
Look in the mirror, and what do I see …… the love of God.

The sun has risen, the birds are singing, my little Riley by my side as I sip coffee on the patio. What heat wave …… (wink wink).
It’s Sunday Sweet Spot!
Follow His grace.
It’s the only way to live, for sure.
Joy arises from within. I believe this to the depths of my soul.
