TaDa Tuesday!

It’s another beautiful hot summer day in Texas,
me likey!
Now I seem to be going thru a pitcher of sun tea every other day, yum yum.
And pool time with my sisters – always fun and yes the water is already getting sorta kinda too warm. We are suppose to drop out of the 100’s after the 4th for a few days so that might help.
But anywho, these sun bathing gals aint stopping.
Raft races have begun!
Guess who wins, wink wink.
Who says retirement is boring ……
Who says you have to act your age ……
Who says you have to have it all figured out ……
Oh, the wildfire still burns inside.
Remember this: Live your life – not your age!
Even as a younger woman I was pretty confident in myself and didn’t take what others think of me too seriously but now ……
I know that true confidence comes from embracing our authentic selves, owning our strengths and weaknesses, and living in alignment with our values.
So that’s pretty much my plan.
Everyone will always have an opinion and sometimes judgement about you. In a society obsessed with conformity and approval, embracing our authenticity is a radical act of self-love and liberation. By letting go of the need for external validation and trusting in our own worth, we reclaim our power and live life on our own terms.
Now that is what a little lady living with her Scottie is all about.  And she rests knowing that she has the love and support of her family and friends just as she is!
And that allows me to tap into my inner power and limitless source of joy and contentment, Boom!

Life with my little Eddie is darn awesome.
He continues to learn new things and makes my heart flutter. As he and I share our days together we are enjoying this magnificent summer.
May he never get tired of pink belly rubs!
