The Classics Are Here!
Starting off with one of the ultimate Fall Classics – The World Series!
And The Texas Rangers are hosting it starting tonight.

Bring on the Fall season.
There are so many things that Fall represents.
For me it’s the big ‘kick – off’ for the season of the soul!
It’s where old traditions are brought out and new traditions are created.
It’s when we get to say goodbye to summer and put things to rest.
It’s when new chilly days are filled with warm comfort foods and drinks and morning walks are magnificent.
It’s when the fireplace fills the house with warmth and glow.
And yeah, it’s when Ugg boots, gloves, hats and coats all become a necessity!
Fall is the start when so much comes to life.

So we will continue one of our Fall Traditions by filling our home each morning with the sounds of classical music. Candles glowing, hot coffee in hand and Riley snoring nearby!
It’s the best way to start each day while giving thanks for all our blessings.
And just maybe, by the end of the weekend an inside fire will be happening. I know it’s kinda hard to imagine that right now since shorts and flip flops are still my go to outfit but if you have lived in Texas for a while then you know once the switch is made, it doesn’t go back for a while.
And like so many, I am ready for the switch.
Sweaters and socks, oh my!
Now that’s a Fall classic I can’t wait for.
Errands are all done and nothing on the agenda for this weekend except food, drink, baseball and football. And maybe a little nappy too!

And speaking of Fall classics – Pumpkin Spice ……
Breads, muffins, pancakes, coffee and an occasional Frosty, (wink wink).
Hey, if I took a blood test, my results would come back as Pumpkin Spice A+.
Oh what’s a girl to do …… it’s Fall y’all!
Did you know that Cabernet goes oh so well with pumpkin spice.
And who knows, I might switch it up tonight with a bourbon  –  now that’s a Fall Classic that is always smooth and yummy.
