I love all the Christmas specials airing on TV. I usually set my DVR so I can watch them later and maybe even more than once. I have enjoyed all of them, but there is one that I watch last night; it was the Holly Dolly Christmas special and all I can say is WOW!
I cried & cried and then cried some more, (happy tears) of course. I say, we need a Dolly special every night until this Pandemic is over. Her singing, her story-telling …… simply the best!
If you haven’t watched it, try streaming it, it’s on CBS. She is most definitely a bright star and a national treasure, for sure!
We must always have hope. We must always have love. And we must always be kind.
I notice and appreciate all the sweetness in my life, and no I am not talking about the chocolate peppermint bark on the counter, right next to the pumpkin bread and bowl of chocolate kisses, (Ahem …… it’s Christmas time), but I am talking about all the beauty that surrounds me inside our home and outside, in nature. Boredom is not something I ever feel anymore, my life is too amazing to be boring.
From the moment I wake up, to the time my head hits my pillow at night, I breathe in all the positives and they become memories.
That is why my life is filled with pure joy and magic!
