Wonderful Wednesday

Yep, definitely one of those ‘Pinch Myself’ kind of day (life).
Resilience doesn’t just happen. You know, focus on the positives and definitely learn to manage the negatives.
Take care of my physical health and of course adopting the right mindset. That is what keeps these ‘pinch me’ kind of days on repeat.
And no, I am not just wearing my ‘rose-color’ glasses, although they are mighty cute!
I know that there is strength in vulnerability and never losing sight of what and who is important.
As I take care of my little Riley after his surgery, many times just looking at him will bring tears to my eyes. The normal bruising is still present and his stitches will not get removed until next week which reminds me he is one tough little guy.
And since he is sharing my bed with me every night again, I love our cuddle time. And of course that ‘lean’ of love is still special, for sure. And no matter what, I know Riley loves the physical contact just as much.
I do use my ‘dog’ voice, often.
Oh he gets it!
So who needs the sun, there is sunshine in His eyes, and thats all I need.
Sometimes no words; silent conversations with him is ‘bliss’.
