Mind Your Store, Monday
Waking up to rain drops and being so thankful that there wasn’t any of the freezing stuff with it.
Wait, what’s that I hear …… I mean, don’t hear …… the faucets dripping!
(Insert happy dance)
It will be a wet, wet, wet week but with temps above freezing …… oh yes this girl is so happy!
I won’t tell you all the things I accomplished this morning before 8:30 am, but after one cup of coffee, I was ready to take back the space in my house and garage and move my plants back outside.
And yes, February may bring some more frigid temps, (hoping not) but I am sure the plants are happy to be back outside even if it’s temporary. I told them they did good and not to worry.
Oh, it’s a good morning!
Nothing but hope rising in me.
Do you ever feel a little different?
I most definitely do. Teehee!
Hey, we all have our own rhythm and the things we do and say shape our lives.
And His mercy is here for you and me.
➕
I believe that is what gives me, my extra little ‘giddy-up’ in my step.
So it was a little too early for Riley to take a dance with me but I will catch up with him this afternoon. He is not getting out of it!
Plus, it was time to quiet things down and pick up my bible.
And then just like most days, my soul was ignited and the music was turned up!
I don’t have to prove that God loves me. And either do you.
God is Love.
It’s inside of us, just like the air we are breathing.
Now, if that doesn’t get you doing your own giddy-up, pick up your bible. It’s all there!
Maybe it’s a cloudy rainy day. Maybe the sun won’t be seen for a few days. Maybe I can’t take Riley for a walk until it stops raining.
My focus is 20/20!
My mind remains open for connection to Jesus and through the Holy Spirit, my mind sets my soul on fire!
So no matter what is going on, my light is on – I am lit!
